"Communications needs to be better as a business. Most companies fellow up and return calls in an urgent manner, this location will call once , if you missed their call , you are in trouble. From a customer stand point , and from a business perspective, customers pay you money every month, your company keep its doors open because your company depends on customers. A business work hard to get customers , why not keep them and show that you care about your customers with follow and good customer service. Based on my experience in the past , don’t think I would recommend them to anyone. It has been time where I had to call them when they should have called me on information that affected my monthly payment."

"Kyle's office will tell you that they canceled your renters insurance, then forget about the policy and continue to charge you. I had to find out from my mortgage company because on paper it looked like I wasn't living in the home I just purchased because I still had an active renters policy MONTHS later. I went through the process of canceling the policy THREE TIMES...... Initially they told me that the underwriting team had to get to it, then weeks later I check in and still ongoing but they tell me that they're on it and that they would take care of it. Months later I find out because it looks like I'm committing fraud by not living in the home I just bought as a first home purchase. What an absolute dumper fire. I've switched all my policies to Sarah Kirk, their team is top notch."

Unfortunately, once a cancellation request is made we are at the mercy of our system and processors to finalize that request and in this case there was a significant delay in this process. After review we did find that the policy was cancelled on the effective date requested. Again, thank you for your feedback as this helps us identify areas where we can improve and we truly apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. "

"I didn't like how they handled my situation, I transferred from another state to this location and was told not to worry they will take care of everything else. I was enrolled on autopay before I transferred here, well I was looking for a better rate elsewhere and found cheaper, I moved to another insurance agent, this office got my notice and they failed to understand what the actual cancelation date and the date we signed on. I signed these documents early on about 2 weeks before cancelation just to give them a heads up. Their underwriters canceled my insurance on the day I signed when it clearly states on another different day. This caused dmv to flag my license now I have to pay an insurance lapse fee which Janine and her team could not rectify. I'm just disappointed at this office."

"I have been with Kyle Allen's agency for 5 years now. I love that when I call I get an answer from a friendly voice. "I’ve had insurance with State Farm for 20 years and never had issue until it was switch to agent Kyle Allen’s office. We have the drive safe benefits on our plan and have documented proof that it was monitoring our driving until recently got a bill claiming it was removed and they added $130 extra to our bill. We were given excuse after excuse as to why, all of them somehow our fault and not theirs. They couldn’t give a consistent answer as to when it was removed, we were told multiple dates, one of these dates included the date we got the car covered in the first place, yet somehow in the app and our bill showed the beacon was monitoring the whole time. They then claimed they were sending it up the chain to get answers and waited weeks to hear something. They then waited to let us know after reaching out to them multiple times and the payment was due and have now added additional fees because of that. My family has multiple cars, home, etc insurance with State Farm and of this is how they handle long time customers then I don’t recommend them for your insurance needs. At this point we have reached out to the BBB to try and get a resolution."

"I am very sorry to hear of your awful experience with the Drive Safe and Save Program. This program can be a great way to help manage your insurance premiums and allow you to only pay for how much you actually drive but we do occasionally run into issues with the program. It is heavily reliant on correct customer setup and following the prompts and requests for updated mileage data. The discount is automatically applied at the time of program enrollment but will be removed and billed after a certain period of time if the program is not set up and reporting the data correctly. This is a rare occurrence, and we are usually able to catch these situations prior to any premium change or discount removal. This particular situation was a bit more complex as there were time periods where the program was working correctly and periods where it was not unfortunately resulting in a premium chargeback. While these situations are definitely frustrating for our customers and our team, the benefit of the program far outweighs the few occasions where we see it result in this kind of issue. If we had the ability to waive or remove these types of additional premium charges we absolutely would do so but ultimately we must rely on the company to accurately calculate discounts and premiums and bill accordingly. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Our goal is to offer customers the best price available for their desired coverage and using this program is often a part of that plan. "

"After you sign the agreement with them and something happens so you do a claim omg they will drive you crazy and you end up paying out of your pocket"

"Trying to get them to answer the phone is a nightmare. Leaving a message does no good, as they will NOT call you back They also have a history of policy changes without informing the customer. I moved to a different agent - further away - just for better customer service. This office would do well to do a bit of CSR training on its employees."

"Probably some of the most disorganized people I’ve ever worked with. They don’t really answer questions nor do they follow up like they say the will."

While we realize that your situation was frustrating, we tried to resolve it as promptly and effectively as possible. Some things are outside of our control here in the office and we must depend on assistance from our corporate partners and sometimes even our customers in collecting needed information to ensure that our policies are written correctly. We truly appreciate your assistance in collecting this information and as soon as it was received the issue was resolved immediately. "Since I switched over to Kyle Allen from USAA when I moved to Louisiana, my family and I have always been taken care of with any and all issues.
